The role of the Planning Commission is to promote the orderly and efficient layout and the appropriate use of land to maintain the health, safety and general well-being of residents of Butler County.
The Planning Commission's responsibilities include: the review and approval of subdivision plats, the preparation and adoption of long-range land use plans and recommendations on zoning maps and text changes and other development proposals.
The Planning Commission holds its regular meetings on the second Tuesday* of every month at 3:00PM in Conference Room 1,
first floor of the Butler County Government Services Center, 315 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio.
All meetings are open to the public. *Unless that day is an official holiday when County offices are closed.
