Land Use Coordinating Committee

Recognizing that the continuing economic success of Butler County requires appropriate and efficient use of the county's land, its infrastructure, and its transportation system, LUCC exists to encourage such utilization.

The mission of LUCC is to be a facilitator, helping bring together public and private entities in order to assist them in the development and management of the county's land, transportation system, and infrastructure.

Reports Prepared by LUCC

The Butler County LUCC has prepared several reports including:

  • Butler County Transportation Plan Assessment, December 2001, Parsons Brinckerhoff Ohio.
  • Butler County Regional Airport Zoning Overlay, Effective November 13, 2001.
  • Farmland Preservation Recommendations, September 1999.
  • Butler County Aquifer Protection, May 28, 1998.

Please stop by the Planning Office Monday - Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm to view a copy of the reports.
