| About: |
Donna is responsible for the administration and implementation of the County's Entitlement Program, consisting of the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG), the HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME), and the American Dream Downpayment Initiative (ADDI). She has also served on various committees throughout Butler County including the Butler County United Way and the Butler County Housing and Homeless Coalition, and served as chair of both the Training and Membership committees of the Ohio Conference of Community Development. After graduating from the University of Virginia with a Bachelors Degree in Architecture and a minor in Urban Planning, she moved to Butler County from her home state of Virginia. Donna has been with the Butler County Department of Development since 1996. |

After graduating from Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in Building Science, he moved to Atlanta to work in construction project management. Desmond joined the Butler County Department of Development in 2002 and resides in Hamilton with his wife Jodi and daughter Kaitlyn. |

Brenda has been with the department since August of 2001. Prior to this position, she worked as an Accounting/Office Manager and has always been employed in the accounting field. She is responsible for maintaining the financial records, reports, disbursement of funds and various functions for the Community Development Block Grants, the Capital Improvement Projects, and the HOME Program. Brenda is a graduate of Lakota High School and resides in Fairfield with her husband Jim. |

| About: |
Karen Gabbard joined the Butler County Department of Development in September 2005. Prior to joining the BCDD, Karen served 7 years for the Butler County Sheriff’s Office as assistant to the Jail Warden and later as the Purchasing Clerk/Deputy Clerk of the Board for the Butler County Board of Commissioners. Karen’s responsibilities include management of the CDBG and HOME programs for Butler County. She resides in Hamilton with her husband Gary and children Colton and Elizabeth.
