Building & Zoning

The Butler County Department of Development's Building and Zoning staff is responsible for enforcing the building code, electrical code and zoning regulations for the unincorporated areas of Butler County.

 
   
  June 24:  Due to current economic conditions, inspections will be conducted withing 72 hours.
   
 

Effective June 24

Due to current economic conditions, inspections are scheduled as follows:

 

Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Building:  College Corner, Hanover, Milford, Morgan, Oxford, Reily, Ross

Electric:    Madison,  St.Clair,  Wayne Township

Tuesday, Thursday

Building:    Madison, St. Clair, Wayne Township

Electric:    College Corner, Hanover, Milford, Morgan, Oxford, Reily, Ross Township

 

NOTE:  EVERYDAY INSPECTIONS IN:

Fairfield, Lemon, Liberty, Trenton and West Chester
 

 
 

     Effective June 8, 2009

 

The hours for Butler County Building & Electrical Inspectors will be as follows:

Monday – Friday 8:00a.m. – 4:00p.m.

The inspectors will be in the office and available for questions between 8:00a.m to approximately 9:00a.m.

and approximately 3:30p.m. to 4:00p.m.
